Reality Television Show Star, Neoshi Green, Leaves the Corporate World to Create a 6 Figure Income Business While Staying Home with Her Children
It’s time for another Mompreneur Rockstar Interview and today I have the pleasure of introducing another fabulous mompreneur. Her name is Neoshi Green.
Let’s face it. Mompreneurs are taking the world by storm! Having the ability to provide the quality care that their children can’t get from most babysitters or child care providers while bringing in a substantial income is a dream that many mothers are making come true. In fact, making money online from home has afforded mothers the opportunity to even help relieve their husbands from some (or even all) of the stress of trying to make ends meet for their households. Take Neoshi Green for example. She is a prime example of a mom who went from working a 9-5 “job” in the corporate world to creating a business that allows her to work with her children by her side while still creating an income that not only helps pay the bills but also helps her better half. How does Neoshi Green do it? Continue reading below in our exclusive interview to find out!
Welcome to Mompreneur Media, Neoshi. Let’s start out by you telling our audience a little about yourself:
I am the founder & CEO of Neoshi Green Enterprises, creator of the Passionately Powerful Mama’s, and the creator of Boss Moms Superstar Circle (BMSC). I’m also the proud mom of 2 beautiful and ridiculously intelligent children whom I had the pleasure of creating with my incredibly sexy husband.
What inspired you to start mentoring moms?
It was actually my own personal struggles that lead me to it. When I was 25 I became a new mom and, not surprisingly, became very protective of my child. My husband and I decided that I would stay at home with our son, do homeschooling, and hold down things on the home-front. Although I loved being able to spend more time with my family and watch all of my son’s first steps, first words, and so forth, I hated not being able to contribute financially to my family. At the time, all of the money my husband brought in was just enough to cover our bills and keep food on the table. Then a year and a half later we got a nice little surprise when we found out we were expecting our second child. It was then that my ambitions of becoming an entrepreneur resurfaced. I had always dreamed of starting my own business and in the back of my mind I knew it would happen eventually. So after trying the 9 to 5 thing for a while I started to pull my hair out. Not because it was stressful but because working for someone else and doing something I didn’t really care to do was draining my spirit. I decided then that instead of waiting another year to finish my degree in Business, that I would just jump right in and give it a shot. That’s when I started my first company Green4Lyfe.com. I invested $200 and after 2 years in business it became a six figure business.
Now of course it felt great to be financially independent, but I still felt really empty inside and extremely unfulfilled. I really truly wanted to do something bigger that made a huge impact and so I started searching and that’s when it hit me. And the funny thing about it is that I had been doing it all along and hadn’t even realized it. Being a mentor to moms who have entrepreneurial ambitions is when I am happiest. It’s my passion and I’m thankful to be able to show other moms that no matter the circumstances, you can accomplish whatever your hearts desire. Not only do I show them how to succeed during their first year in business, but I encourage them to fulfill their passion and purpose while doing so.
What is “Own Your Power Intensive”?
Own Your Power Intensive is a 6 week program that I created to help entrepreneur moms find their unique gifts, talents, and passion. While working with a lot of moms, I noticed that they were completely out of touch with themselves and very much wanted fulfillment in their business. I had gone through the same struggle so I know exactly what it feels like and I understand the importance of it…It’s almost like you can’t move forward in life until you figure it out. It’s a spiritual thing. So I took a step back and looked at my own journey and saw a pattern and a process. I saw a process that anyone could use to not just find their passion and purpose in life, but also to discover their deepest desires and begin to live and serve from the heart. Being an entrepreneur is all about serving and when you serve it should always be from the heart. And so I created this program to help my clients do just that. The whole journey took me a lot longer (about a year) but in the Own Your Power Intensive I’ve made it much more simple and the process is a lot shorter.
Any new business goals for 2014?
Most definitely! There are a few things I’m working on for 2014. I’ve been silently writing my first book which I plan to self publish and release this summer or fall. I’m also planning to launch a training academy later this year.
What is the 1 thing you do everyday to help you stay on track with your family and business?
Ok this may sound cliche, but I’ve learned to use a planner for everything! Like really. Everything. It’s something I never thought I could do because of the discipline it requires but it is truly a life saver. I’d be lost without it. Whether it’s a meeting with a client or grocery shopping, I write each task in my planner under the time and date and check each one off until I’m done. If for some reason I don’t get a chance to complete a task I simply move it to another day.
Fun fact about yourself to share:
I was handpicked to star in a reality TV show (that I never auditioned for) here in South Florida. The show is called G.I.R.L.S. 5+1 Lifestyle and was created by a fellow mompreneur, Tishna Brinson. We started filming late last year and the show is expected to begin airing soon.
Neoshi Green is the Founder & CEO of Green4lyfe.com, Founder & CEO of Neoshi Green Enterprises, and the creator of Boss Moms Superstar Circle (BMSC). A mom of 2 and wife to 1, Neoshi Green is known as the Mompreneur Mentor. Neoshi helps new and ambitious entrepreneurial moms create a six figure lifestyle business utilizing their natural gifts and talents while still fulfilling their nearly insane mommy duties. Her first business started 4 years ago as a “side hustle” and is now a profitable six figure business with clients throughout the U.S, Caribbean, Canada, and Europe. Neoshi went from a broke and stressed out mom of 2 to a focused and evolving business woman with a busy, yet well-balanced family life.

Really awesome, Neoshi! Congrats!
It’s really fun to read inspirational stories about people ‘just like you’ making it. That is also such a well-done banner for Neoshi….the one with her face in the circle, and the orange/turquoise color scheme. Also, just to let you know…but the link to Greenlyfe.com underneath that banner goes to a dead website.
I can totally relate to the planner thing! If I forget mine at home, I feel like I have lost a limb! 🙂
Nice to meet this pretty lady and it is so nice to belong with a community like Mompreneur though I can’t be in this group but at least knowing great women in this site inspires me.
It’s so important to have a mentor! Thanks for sharing.
