As a wife, mom, and business owner, my everyday life can become quite the juggling act. My family comes first. So it is crucial that I manage the time I have for my business the most effective way possible. Do you get where I am going with this? It would not make sense to use a program to manage your business and make life easier if it was going to be hard to learn or use in the first place. The Best Customer Service
That was the FIRST thing I noticed from the time I signed up. Upon signing up I received a welcome email from the Insighlty team with my account information plus a FREE Insightly Concepts guide. Pretty typical I know. But I received yet another welcome newsletter a day later from Laura Jameson. She packed this email full of helpful tips and resources to help get me started with Insightly. This email also included a link to their online knowledgebase. This knowledgebase is packed full of frequently asked questions that also aided me in getting started. If you need help all you have to do is submit a ticket or click on their live chat service tab and they will promptly get in contact with you too.
Awesome Tutorials at The Insightly University
One of my favorite features is the amazing video tutorials that Insightly has for you. The Insightly University is chocked full of training videos that will introduce you to their amazing CRM program as well as train you on how to use the app to manage your business the most effective way possible.
Manage your business the FREE way
Did I mention that it is FREE? I know it is a little unbelievable but it is FREE and I’m not talking about “free trial” free. I am talking about the forever type of free. No catches. They even give you free support too, so it’s perfect for small businesses. Who else will allow you to manage your business for FREE?

Once you sign up for your FREE account you get directed to your own personal dashboard. The dashboard has tabs located at the top for your click on so that you can easily begin to manage your business projects and more. Below the tabs you will also see all your recent activity.
Personalize your Insightly account
The first thing I started to do was personalize my account. Insighlty gives me the option to update my user details, timezone settings, upload emails to my address book, add other organizations, add your social media accounts, and my favorite, change the theme of my account. I can even personalize the look of my account with one of their many themes, change the background color, or even upload my own background to feature my own branding.
Start adding tasks, opportunities, and projects
After I finished adding my user details and personalized the look of my account. I started adding my business tasks. I can use tasks to create a list of things that need to be done, and assign due dates to those things so I can keep track of what needs to be done, by whom, and when. I was also able to have task reminders emailed to me. Next, I added my opportunities and then my projects. I noticed that I use this feature the most. The most awesome thing about this app is that you can add links, users, import files, as well as communicate and share the project’s progress and files with your customer.
