• Are you motivated enough to start your own restaurant?
• Do you have the skills to run a business?
• Is your personal life in line with your professional goals?
Step 2: Develop your concept
There are two solutions to find a good concept: to propose a concept linked to your history (your origins, your travels, your tastes, etc.) or choose a concept that responds to an unsatisfied demand (high-end, catering fast, tasting in the dark, etc.). Once you’ve got your idea in mind, you have to think about several things: your restaurant’s name, its location, the menu, the drinks, the type of prices, the ambiance and decoration and the level of service.
Step 3: Conduct market research
During your market research you should carry out a study in the field. This is the most important part because you will meet your future customers. You will then have to collect his expectations in terms of restoration:
• types of dishes (gourmet, fast, brewery, etc.)

• profiles (gender, age, occupation)
• consumption patterns
• hours and days of meals
