Chances are pretty good at this point that mompreneurs with little ones have seen “Frozen.” Boys and girls of all ages have loved this movie since it came out in late 2013, which means that moms across the world have been subjected to watching it over and over. There’s only so many times this flick can play in the background until you know all of the words to “Do You Want to Build a Snowman? by heart.

However, nothing about the movie seems to have taken off like the song “Let It Go.” Even if you’re a mompreneur with older, teenaged kids, you’ve still probably listened to the chorus, or at least heard John Travolta mess up singer Idina Menzel’s name.

Interestingly, you can take some of the main points of this ballad’s lyrics and apply them to your own business, and in one area in particular. Company leaders tend to like to be in charge of everything – that way they know things are done the way they want and are submitted on time. That being said, you should really consider letting it go, so why not outsource what you can?
